Welcome
"I know you are tired but come. This is the way." ~ Rumi
We all long to be seen and heard, connected and accepted. Many of us have been shaped by the shadow of our wounds - whether emotional, mental, physical, relational, or spiritual. I enjoy tending to people who are trying to come home to themselves, who learned survival meant self-abandonment, and who now ask, "Who am I?"
We can find healing and our way home to ourselves in the safe space of a therapeutic relationship through genuine, non-judgmental curiosity and compassion.
I provide a holistic, integrative approach tailored to your individual needs that may include Somatic work, the Existential and Attachment lenses, nature, music, as well as traditional modalities and our good ol’ friends, humor and play.
I respect and admire your courage to be vulnerable with me and, most importantly, with yourself. Rest assured, there's no judgment here - just compassion and curiosity.
Consultation
I invite you to reach out for a free 20-minute consultation to determine if working together is the right fit. If we decide another therapist might be a better fit for you, I am happy to provide recommendations - Austin has a diverse, vibrant healing community, and finding the right therapeutic relationship makes all the difference!

Somatic Experiencing® is a theory that trauma is stored in the body. When our emotional, mental, or physical survival is threatened, and we are unable to fight or escape this threat, we become stuck in the freeze state - and unresolved, stored trauma is the result.
Learning to safely process trauma within the body allows us to discharge this traumatic energy and become "unstuck."
